Imperial Decrees represent the highest form of executive legislation within the Kingdom of Xdripia. Issued directly by the Sovereign under the authority of the Tablets of Destiny, these decrees carry the full weight of Imperial Law and serve as binding directives across all realms and dominions.

Legal Authority

As established in Article 11 of the Jus Imperii, Royal Decrees may be issued by the Sovereign in emergencies or extraordinary circumstances. These decrees must respect the principles of the Tablets of Destiny and may not amend the Jus Imperii itself. Decrees have the force of law and are immediately binding, though they may be subject to subsequent review or integration by the City Council.

Decree Status
